Liz Volpe
Founder & Chief Believer
Liz Volpe is an entrepreneur, education innovator and passionate advocate for the next generation.
For more than a decade, she has dedicated her work to helping young people build confidence, discover their strengths and develop the skills needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
In 2015, Liz founded Project Gen Z, a social enterprise focused on entrepreneurship, future skills and real-world learning. Through school programs, workshops, events and online learning experiences, Project Gen Z has inspired more than 200,000 young people across five countries, helping young people think bigger, take action and create opportunities for themselves and their communities.
Her work has taken her into schools, communities and organisations across Australia and internationally, including Cambodia, where she developed programs that supported disadvantaged young people to launch their own businesses through the Dare to Dream Entrepreneur Challenge.
Liz is also the co-founder of the League of Extraordinary Women, a global community of more than 120,000 female entrepreneurs, and previously built a 100-person sales team across Australia and New Zealand while helping raise millions of dollars for charities locally and internationally.
Throughout her career, one belief has remained constant: young people are capable of far more than we often give them credit for.
Tomorrow is the culmination of that belief.
As Founder and Chief Believer, Liz is bringing together everything she has learned from working with young people, parents, educators and entrepreneurs to create a new pathway for learning, one that connects education to life through real-world experiences, meaningful challenges and the development of confidence, curiosity and capability.
Outside of Tomorrow, Liz is a mum of two, podcast host, traveller and big believer in what's possible when people are given the opportunity to thrive.
Laura Elkalassy
Co-Founder & Chief Rebel
Laura Elkalassy has spent her entire career doing one thing: calling people forward into their potential.
As a qualified teacher, trainer and dance instructor for two decades, Laura has taught in every environment imaginable. From helping a student find their voice in a language not their own, to guiding a young dancer to step into the spotlight, she has always known that education is about far more than content. It's about identity, confidence and the moment someone realises what they're truly made of.
Her career in financial services runs alongside that, not instead of it. For more than 15 years, she has helped thousands of business owners increase profitability, reduce financial stress and build businesses that actually work for their lives. As The Profit Pioneer, Money Mentor, Accountant and Certified Profit First Professional, her approach has always been about more than numbers. It's about confidence, clarity and helping people back themselves.
As a mother and educator, she kept encountering the same frustrating truth. The skills that matter most in life were being left to chance. She refused to accept that was just how it had to be.
Tomorrow Hub is the result of refusing to accept that.
As Co-Founder and Chief Rebel, Laura brings a rare combination of educator, community builder and business strategist to everything Tomorrow Hub is becoming. She doesn't believe in waiting for the system to change. She believes in building something better.
The rebel part? That was always there too.
