Meet the Founders

The team behind Tomorrow and the vision for a different pathway to learning.

Liz Volpe

Founder & Chief Believer

Liz Volpe is an entrepreneur, education innovator and passionate advocate for the next generation.

For more than a decade, she has dedicated her work to helping young people build confidence, discover their strengths and develop the skills needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

In 2015, Liz founded Project Gen Z, a social enterprise focused on entrepreneurship, future skills and real-world learning. Through school programs, workshops, events and online learning experiences, Project Gen Z has inspired more than 200,000 young people across five countries, helping young people think bigger, take action and create opportunities for themselves and their communities.

Her work has taken her into schools, communities and organisations across Australia and internationally, including Cambodia, where she developed programs that supported disadvantaged young people to launch their own businesses through the Dare to Dream Entrepreneur Challenge.

Liz is also the co-founder of the League of Extraordinary Women, a global community of more than 120,000 female entrepreneurs, and previously built a 100-person sales team across Australia and New Zealand while helping raise millions of dollars for charities locally and internationally.

Throughout her career, one belief has remained constant: young people are capable of far more than we often give them credit for.

Tomorrow is the culmination of that belief.

As Founder and Chief Believer, Liz is bringing together everything she has learned from working with young people, parents, educators and entrepreneurs to create a new pathway for learning, one that connects education to life through real-world experiences, meaningful challenges and the development of confidence, curiosity and capability.

Outside of Tomorrow, Liz is a mum of two, podcast host, traveller and big believer in what's possible when people are given the opportunity to thrive.

Laura Elkalassy

Co-Founder & Chief Rebel

With more than 15 years of experience in financial services, Laura has helped over 1,000 business owners increase profitability, reduce financial stress and build businesses that create greater freedom, flexibility and choice.

Known as The Profit Pioneer, Laura is a Money Mentor, Accountant and Certified Profit First Professional who is passionate about helping people build lives aligned with their values, purpose and potential. Her work has empowered entrepreneurs across Australia to create sustainable success while strengthening their confidence and decision-making.

As a mum of two, Laura's perspective on education shifted. Through her work with business owners and families, she began to see that many of the skills most important for life, financial literacy, confidence, critical thinking, decision-making and resilience, are often learned too late, if they're learned at all.

She believes young people deserve learning experiences that help them understand themselves, navigate the real world and develop the confidence to shape their own future.

Tomorrow is a natural extension of that belief.

As Co-Founder and Chief Rebel, Laura brings together her expertise in strategy, systems and business growth to help build a new pathway for learning. She leads financial strategy and modelling, organisational design and scalability, while co-designing the learning framework and guide training program that will support the growth of Tomorrow into the future.

When she's not building Tomorrow, you'll find her spending time with her two children, talking all things money, mindset and possibility, and championing a future where young people are equipped with the skills and confidence to thrive.

Why we started Tomorrow

After years of working with young people, families, educators and business owners, we kept coming back to the same belief:

Learning should be connected to life.

We created Tomorrow because we believe young people deserve opportunities to build confidence, discover their strengths and develop the skills needed to thrive in a changing world.

Our Vision

A world where families dare to imagine a different future, and every young person gets to live, learn and grow into who they were always meant to be.

Our Mission

To create a new pathway for learning through Real Life Learning, connecting education to life through meaningful experiences, real-world challenges and the development of confidence, curiosity and capability.
